FIND THE DIFFERENCE-Old Picture Editing

Last week, we have learnt about how to edit the old picture and turn it into new one. It was very exciting experience. Firstly we search the picture by Google website. There, we found a website that talk about editing the old picture. We chose 2 pictures and we tried to edit it by using Adobe Photoshop CS2.

1.Firstly, we have to change the “MOOD” of picture into “GRAYSCALE”. This will make the “yellow” layer disappear.

2. For your information, we used “CLONE STAMP TOOL” to make the lines and black dots disappear in that old picture. Besides that, with this tool, we can copy and “clone” the colour at clear side by patching it into the unclear side .It is so nice.

Another episode of Adobe photoshope. without you realising it you will find that every impossible thing will always be impossible. but it is wrong when you have explored Adobe photoshope. Because it is not impossible for you to edit the old picture to become the 'new' old picture. Here we go. Let say you have with you now your late grandfather black and white old picture which is very old, yellowish, and many 'wrinkles' on it. You can make use of adobephotoshope to edit the picture to become the 'new' old picture. But before i forgot the above pictures we had download them from old picture website . What are the steps?

1. Frst, scan the picture into your laptop or PC
2. Then after you have open the adobe application let us begin using the tools.
3. In order to remove the yellowish colour you have to use the grayscale mode
4. Then you have to clone the colour using clone stamp tool on the picture and stamped it on the damaged part of the picture to have the same colour to avoid any diffrences to the picture.
5. to make the colour smoother you have to use sponge tool.

Finally your 'new' old picture is ready.

Easy and interesting isnt it? try it by yourself.

OUR FIRST TASK-Designing A Poster

This is our poster..and the theme is about KHAT Exhibition at Yayasan Restu,Selangor.As you know,we have to create it by Adobe Photoshop CS2..There are some advantages and difficulties by using this adobe.From adobe photoshop,we can change the picture or edit it by some application for examples marquee tool,lasso tool,crop tool and so on.There are also multiple shapes,colour effects,transitions,and others.We see that this adobe have more functions rather than another picture editor.But unfortunately,we have to be careful with this adobe.But sometimes, we always face the problems that suddenly it stop or under uncontrolled.It will disturb the other tasks.edited by, Aisyah

Finally, after fortnight struggling, here we go, our own poster. In order to design this poster, we had to make a good use of our skills and knowledge in using and applying Adobe Photoshope. With the Drs' assistant, how to use and manage the basic tools and by our own exploration of this Adobe we finally manage to accomplish this task.Alhamdulillah. My first experience using this programme i find ver intersting and it dont cause too much problem on me. Actually this is the second poser after the first poster had been commented by Dr. and our classmates. This poster seem like quite simple but frankly said we had use a lot of tools to make it happen. For instance:

1. In order to build up all the pictures like those in the posters, we have to crop it first and warp it to the shape like we want.
2. the large scale picture had been blurred using filter.
3. The shining rainbow that we used for the background, was the help from Gradient tool.
4. The upper writings(theme) we have to make use of the font itself nad the the outer of those words was the assistance from double ring glow button to make it clear visible to readers.
5. the object button help us to build the purple border.
   lastly we manage to finished our poster.Alhamdulillah

InstructionaL technology...

Assalammualaikum w.b.t..

Lets us start this blog with the introduction of what is actually we are going to do here.For this semester,we have to take instructional technology that teach us a lot about the application of computer.From that,we learn how to make poster,banner,blog,and movie maker.We have to attend this class every Friday at 8.30-10.30 a.m,at LAB 3.88 INSTED.For the first class Dr. Sharifah explained to us about how to do movie maker and try to do the sound narration.It is quiet interesting and the following weeks,we started to learn about adobe photoshop.Something new that we have to explore.Before this,we just apply to edit anything by photoscope or others.

Praise be to The Almighty because He give us chance to complete our first assignment in this subject(Instructional Technology). We had started this class on 10th July 2009 and it was held at computer lab of the Deparment of Education. This half an hour class has been conducted by a very dedicated and nice lecturer, Dr Sharifah Sariah. In the beginning of this class our lovely lecturer had taught us about some technics which is very useful for us as we all will be the future teacher.In this subject we had been exposed about a lot of things for instance, Windows Movie Maker, photoscape, building blog and the latest one build our own website. Honestly this is my best subject i ever learn because the knowledge that we gain we cant get anywhere else.
